hey,... Mendhoo Agriculture Center & Hanimaadhoo Agriculture Center is with separate budget & should be like Marine Research Center under Ministry of Fisheries Agriculture & Marine Resources.
May be they have plan to Stop those places and ask Pvt sector to involve in.
